Membership Categories
1. Membership Levels
- Free Membership:
- Free members will have limited access to club features.
- Details such as the domain name and founder’s name will remain hidden from all members.
- Premium Membership:
- Premium members enjoy full access to all club features, including visibility of their details (domain name and founder name).
- Premium membership offers enhanced services, including backlink recommendations, story sharing opportunities, and access to exclusive support programs.
2. No Refund Policy
All membership fees are non-refundable. By purchasing a membership, you acknowledge and agree to this policy, understanding that all sales are final.
3. Membership Termination
The Global Bloggers Club reserves the right to suspend or terminate your membership under the following conditions:
- Engaging in spam activities or demonstrating consistent inconsistency in blogging.
- If we receive complaints from other members regarding your behavior, we will conduct a verification process.
- Ignoring warnings issued by club management may result in immediate termination.
4. Welcome Session for Premium Members
All new premium members will receive a personal welcome session from our Founder, Satya. This session will last approximately 20 minutes and is designed to introduce members to club features, answer questions, and provide guidance on how to maximize their membership benefits.
5. Membership Guidelines
Upon registration, all members will receive a detailed set of guidelines. Adhering to these guidelines is essential to maintain a positive and constructive environment within the club.
User Responsibilities
6. Conduct and Behavior
Members are expected to maintain a respectful and professional environment. The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:
- Spamming: This includes posting irrelevant or excessive content to promote personal blogs.
- Offensive Language: Members must refrain from using abusive language, making threats, or engaging in harassing behavior.
- False Claims: Any misleading information or deceptive practices will not be tolerated.
- Inappropriate Content: Sharing adult content or graphic materials is strictly forbidden.
7. Information Accuracy
Members must ensure that all registration information is accurate and kept up to date. You are required to review and update your information at least once a month to maintain accurate records.
8. Backlink Program
Every member will receive three backlink recommendations per week. The process for generating these recommendations is currently in development, and members will be notified once it is fully operational, or until we have enough members to keep these recommendations working.
9. Story Sharing Program
Members are encouraged to share their stories. All submissions will be subject to manual review to ensure they meet club standards. Approved stories will be featured to all members, providing valuable exposure.
10. Blog Support Program
While we strive to provide support to all members, we do not guarantee any specific results. Members may indicate their need for assistance by selecting designated options in their profiles. These requests will be visible to other members, detailing the nature of the support needed.
Content Responsibility
11. Ownership of Content
Members are solely responsible for any content they publish within the club. While the club will conduct manual reviews of published content, any issues reported by fellow members will prompt a thorough investigation, which may lead to disciplinary action.
12. Verification of External Links
Members must ensure that any external links shared within the club are valid and appropriate. The club will manually verify the authenticity of external links, and all links provided by the club will be marked as nofollow. The determination of which links may be marked as dofollow will be made at the club’s discretion.

The club will collect necessary information to maintain and enhance your membership experience. This includes but is not limited to your club activity, engagement statistics, and feedback. Your data will be used to improve club services and tailor offerings to meet member needs.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information will not be shared with third parties unless required by law or with your explicit consent. However, aggregated data may be used for analytical purposes without revealing individual identities.

To protect member data, we will implement robust security measures, including CAPTCHA and internal encryption protocols. All data exchanges will be secured using industry-standard encryption technologies.
Payment Terms

All payments will be processed through secure payment gateways, such as Razorpay. Members are responsible for ensuring their payment information is accurate. The club will take all reasonable steps to protect your financial data in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
17. Subscription Renewal and Access
Members will lose access to premium features if their subscription is not renewed. A subscription is required to utilize premium benefits, and the club reserves the right to suspend access until payment is received.
Limitation of Liability
Global Bloggers Club will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, business interruption, or any damages incurred as a result of reliance on any information provided within the club.
